Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.
